Connecticut Unemployment Ticks Up For February; Still Below National AverageConnecticut’s unemployment ticked up to 9.1 percent in February, reaching a new high for the recession, a report released this afternoon shows. The increase, from 9 percent in January, comes as signs pointed to improvement in the national jobless picture.
